After a long time, a new collection of some character animation I've worked on over the past few years. Music: "Montage" by Andy Hull and Robert McDowell
A Disney project that never saw the light of day. Different artists and animators at DCP were allowed to interpret individual shots as they wanted to. Here is my contribution. Unfortunately the project was killed after completion.
Bumper animation for Nigel W. Tierney's production company. He and I have been working together for a while now, and he asked me to put this together for him. Really fun to push my After Effects animation skills a little further with this rig.
My submission for the Loopdeloop animation challenge. Theme was "Gravity." Would like to return to this at some point; add a few shots, polish it up, and work on the FX and sound some more. Turn it into a short film.

Animation from a Disney Publishing app I worked on. This app let you tap on Dory, talk to her, and have her "translate" your speech into whale. I had to model, texture, rig, and animate Dory so she could run in-engine on iPhones and iPads. My favorite project from my time at Disney Publishing. Getting feedback directly from Pixar animators was extremely helpful and rewarding.

My submission for the June/July 2014 Loopdeloop animation challenge. Animated in Maya and After Effects.

An older animation and motion graphics showreel. Still has some things that I'm proud of and think are worth sharing.

Sizzle from the Penguins of Madagascar app I worked on during my time with DreamWorks Press, a small publishing team inside of DreamWorks Animation. I put this sizzle together, but I also did all of the 3D modeling and animation for the app.
Sizzle from the Dragons storybook app I worked on during my time with DreamWorks Press, a small publishing team inside of DreamWorks Animation. I did all of the animation for the app and edited this sizzle video together. Art by the extremely talented Jisoo Kim.
